Kimble County Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring a Lone Star Bar-B-Q Society Cook-off and an arts and crafts fair in the City Park located along the banks of the Llano River.

Vendors selling arts, and crafts are scattered around the park, which is covered by shade from the large pecan trees.

Food items are also sold, live music is provided throughout the day and there are a number of fun, recreational activities for the kids.
